Refund policy

Delp Stockings pride ourselves on providing quality merchandise to satisfied customers. We stand behind this goal and will promptly work with you to ensure your experience with us is a happy one.

We have a 30-day return / exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition which you received it- unworn, unwashed, unaltered, devoid of odors, animal hair or any other substances and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the return is not due to defect or error, then the customer incurs all additional shipping charges.

To begin a return or an exchange, you may contact us at contact@delpstockings.com. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted. For returns/exchanges of more than 10 items per month, a 20% re-stocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues

We stand behind our products and will promptly exchange your purchase, postage paid, if there is ever an error in your order or if any product is found damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as the discontinued / sale items in the Web Specials section of this website. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
